FAQs

  • What do I wear?

The style of the wedding is “fall fairy garden,” so dress accordingly if you want to! Think flowy, floral, and fun! Theme not required, though we are requesting cocktail to formal attire.

It may be cold (or very warm, who’s to say?) in November, so we will have a coat rack with hangers for everyone’s layers!

  • Can my kids come?

If your kids are named on the note in the invite, then they are invited! We aim to limit children to family, to avoid boring any more people than necessary with our love. If you have any concerns, please reach out.

  • I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

There are many hotels and accommodations around Denver, Lakewood, and Golden. The venue for the ceremony/reception will be in the Santa Fe Arts District in Denver. We will not be doing hotel blocks, but if you need assistance finding accommodations, please reach out.

  • Can I bring a plus one?

We are not doing “plus ones!” We are limiting the ceremony to couples whom we know both of, in order to keep the ceremony smaller. All invitations will include the names of all of those invited; please do not RSVP anyone who is not named on an invitation. If you have any concerns, please reach out.

  • I have dietary restrictions, what will I eat?

We intend to make an effort to ensure everyone will be able to enjoy dinner at our wedding! Vegetarian and gluten free diets will be accommodated in our planning. It is helpful if you note these on your RSVP so we can supply a headcount of people who require these meals.

If you have any other dietary restrictions, please note them on your RSVP so we may accommodate you. It’s also helpful if you can RSVP as early as possible so we may communicate any changes with our caterer promptly.

  • Will there be an open bar?

Of course! Please drink responsibly, we have to pay extra cleaning fees if you toss cookies at the venue.

  • I'm driving to the venue, where can I park?

We will be renting a parking lot that is about 1 block from the venue, at 990 Kalamath Street. We only have 50 spots, so carpooling is recommended and encouraged! There is also free street parking all around the Santa Fe Arts District, but it is not guaranteed that there will be any available.

It’s important to note that Nov 2 is Day of the Dead, and the Santa Fe Arts District will likely be lively and bustling! For that reason, we recommend the parking lot, and to give yourself some extra time to get to the venue. Uber/Lyft is also a great option, especially if you plan to partake in the open bar.

  • Can I take photos at your wedding?

After the ceremony, guests are welcome to use their phones to take photos of the event, though we ask that phones be put away during the ceremony itself to avoid any distractions! Thank you for understanding. We have an amazing photographer coming to capture this moment for us!

Photos of the rest of the wedding can be shared in the Google Drive that will be sent out shortly before the ceremony to the email you provide in the RSVP.

  • Where can I find updates prior to your wedding?

All information will be posted on this website! Anything urgent will also be sent to whatever email you provide in your RSVP.

  • My question was not addressed here. Who do I ask?

Oops! If we didn’t answer your question already, please contact Maggie or Cameron directly.
